We strive to provide the most excellent service to schools as we possibly can. As a local business, Captured Austin can tailor the portrait experience to fit the needs of your school.
A better product. Captured Austin’s boutique school portrait program provides parents with a new and different quality school portrait not offered by most schools. Our work is different, and parents love it.
Everything you need for your yearbook. Even though we are smaller than the “big box” school portrait companies, we still provide the yearbook photos and files you may need, and we use volume-based automated software and photo delivery platforms to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both the school and parents.
How do parents and caregivers pay and receive their products?
It’s all online! There is no need for school staff to distribute order forms or collect payment.
Secure, private online proof galleries are sent to each individual family, and they can choose what to purchase. There is no minimum required purchase, and no purchase commitment prior to viewing photos.
Parents who order within the specified time frame may have their products shipped to the school with no charge. Digital files are delivered immediately via email upon payment.
Captured Austin handles all order communications, questions, and customer service aspects for families.
What types of schools we serve?
All types! We serve preschools and daycares with under 100 kids starting at three months old. We also serve large private schools with multiple campuses. Because our company is locally owned and operated, we work personally with each school to come up with a picture day plan that makes sense for the families you serve.
